What documentation is required for rental?
A valid Singapore driving license or foreign license with International Driving Permit is required. All drivers must be at least 25 years of age with three years minimum driving experience. A security deposit is collected via credit card authorization at vehicle collection.
How far in advance should I reserve?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead for optimal vehicle selection. However, same-day arrangements can sometimes be accommodated based on availability. Weekend and holiday periods tend to see higher demand, so earlier reservations are advisable during those times.
Are there mileage restrictions?
Daily rental includes 200 kilometers. Extended mileage packages are available for longer journeys or multi-day bookings. Given Singapore's compact size, most clients find the standard allowance suitable for their needs.
What is included in the rental rate?
Each rental includes comprehensive insurance coverage, 24-hour roadside assistance, vehicle orientation, and complimentary refreshments. Delivery and collection services within central Singapore are also included. Fuel is provided on a full-to-full basis.
Can rentals be extended during the rental period?
Extensions are accommodated subject to vehicle availability and must be arranged at least 12 hours before your scheduled return time. Our team will confirm availability and adjust your rental agreement accordingly.
How is privacy handled during the rental?
Your personal information is treated with complete discretion. We maintain strict confidentiality protocols and do not share client data with third parties. All transactions are processed securely, and rental details remain private.
